Licensed Clinical Psychologist · VT · NY & PSYPACT statesIf you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or a reproductive health condition you've probably been told this is just part of the process.
It isn't. What you're experiencing deserves real treatment, not reassurance that it's normal.
I work with people navigating the intrusive thoughts of perinatal OCD, the disorientation of postpartum rage, the grief of infertility or pregnancy loss, the recurring toll of premenstrual symptoms, the chronic pain and dismissal that comes with endometriosis. I take all of it seriously; not as side effects to manage, but as real concerns that deserve real treatment. If you're ready for structured, evidence-based care with a real endpoint, I'd love to connect.
Specialized care for experiences that are too often dismissed.
Pregnancy & postpartum mental health struggles, OCD, menstrual cycle-related issues, fertility grief, the emotional weight of a diagnosis are not small things. They are not simply the cost of being a person with a reproductive system, and they are not something you should have to push through alone, without support or answers.
I believe that what you're experiencing is real, that it deserves real treatment, and that “getting by” is not the goal.

The therapy I provide is built around interconnected areas where the stakes are high:
Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health: anxiety, depression, rage, and mood disorders across the full perinatal period : pregnancy through the first year after birth
Reproductive Mental Health: premenstrual dysphoric disorder or menstrual cycle-related health issues, PMOS (PCOS), endometriosis, fertility-related grief and stress, and the psychological weight of living in a body that medicine often under-serves
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): including intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and the specific forms OCD takes during pregnancy, postpartum, or related to reproductive health concerns

Focused, structured, and built around real results.
Short-term, structured treatment works and it works well. Most clients reach their goals within several sessions or months, not through years of open-ended therapy. The approaches I use are designed to create real, measurable change quickly: you'll know what we're working on, why, and how we'll know it's working.
Sessions are via telehealth, so getting the care you need doesn't mean adding another appointment to an already overloaded life.
Format: Telehealth via secure video
Available to clients in Vermont, New York, and PSYPACT states
Typical engagement: Choose what works best for your needs:
1 hour and a half-long consultation session where I provide specific recommendations you can use on your own
5 skills-focused sessions (~2 months)
8 to 12 months of weekly or biweekly sessions
Caseload is intentionally limited for individualized care

If you're navigating the perinatal period or a reproductive health condition, you already know that talking about it isn't always enough. This approach works best for people ready to learn and practice real tools for managing postpartum anxiety, the emotional toll of a diagnosis, the grief of infertility, or intrusive thoughts so you can actually move through it differently, not just survive it.
This may be a good fit if you:
Are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or a reproductive health condition and want structured, evidence-based treatment
Are ready to engage in skills-based work not only talk about what's hard, but actively work to change it
Want a time-limited approach with clear goals, built specifically around the realities of perinatal or reproductive health
This may not be the best fit if you are:
Seeking open-ended or primarily supportive talk therapy
Currently in need of crisis stabilization or a higher level of care
Not yet in a place where structured, active treatment feels accessible
If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a crisis line or emergency services. I am happy to help you identify a more appropriate level of care if needed.
